Service overview
We offer a range of training courses that can be accessed by school leaders, school business professionals, governors and trustees. These can be offered online or face to face and include:
- Finance for governors and trustees
- Finance for headteachers and CEOs
- Integrated Curriculum and Financial Planning
- Budgeting and financial planning for school business professionals
- Preparing a set of monthly management accounts
- Basic accounting for new CFOs
- Understanding the Academy Trust Handbook
If we do not currently offer a training course that meets your needs, we can develop a scope that matches your requirements and find a trainer with the right skills and experience.
We also offer mentoring to newly appointed CFOs and CEOs, tailored to the specific needs of the individual and organisation.
