Sometimes you just need to know that you have someone you can ask.
Being a school business professional can often be a lonely place to be. You are the expert in your school, so who do you turn to when you have a question?
All our consultants have extensive experience working in schools and academies at senior levels, and are experts in school finance and organisation. We are always keen to share our knowledge.
Our helpdesk gives you access to all that knowledge and experience. It may be a quick question that has you stumped, or a more difficult issue that needs unpicking and sorting out.
As part of our helpdesk, we will provide support for up to 30 minutes on any query, or you can pay an hourly rate for more complex issues. Our aim is to provide practical support and answers, so we remain flexible around this.
The helpdesk support is available either by phone or by email and, where that works best, we can also hold online meetings.
