Our due diligence reports are responsive to a wide range of risk areas. We work with organisations that can provide full due diligence reports covering financial, estates, legal and education risks, alongside lighter-touch finance risk due diligence when needed.

We believe that due diligence should identify both the risks and the opportunities: what needs to work well, what support will be required and how the change can benefit everyone involved.

We offer due diligence reports both for academy trusts that want to understand how a school will fit into their current organisation and for schools that want to understand whether a trust will be a good fit for them.

Although many due diligence reports are commissioned to obtain an external viewpoint to support strategic decision-making, we can also offer a service to support schools and trusts as they move into the trust.
