Ensuring Financial Efficiency and Integrated Curriculum and Financial Planning (ICFP)

School funding never provides enough for schools to do everything they want to do. At a time of increasing financial pressure, falling rolls and rising SEND costs, schools need to make difficult financial decisions. We work with schools on ensuring that the funding they receive is used as efficiently as possible.

As educationalists from both curriculum and financial backgrounds, we understand the importance of balancing what has the greatest impact on pupil experience and outcomes with what is affordable for schools. Our starting point is always what makes the school special and how we can protect what matters most.

We use the concept of integrated curriculum and financial planning in a responsive way to help schools make difficult financial decisions.

As well as offering ICFP reports for schools and trusts, we have also developed our own online ICFP tool, ICFP.school, which schools can use to support their own financial and educational planning.
