TSO Education website security
Site traffic is encrypted with a 256-bit security certificate that is automatically renewed every 90 days.
Google Drive integration is implemented using a secure account through Google's API service. This is monitored and helps prevent unauthorised use of the account by anyone other than employees of TSO Education.
Uploaded files are securely stored under the TSO Google tenant, and access is closely monitored and regulated. Public sharing of files has been disabled tenant-wide and cannot be easily re-enabled.
Only specified members of the TSO team and the uploader, when logged into the TSO website, are able to view, modify or upload files.
Google Drive security
Google Drive security measures include:
- Two-factor authentication to access a Google Drive account.
- Google Drive has SSL encryption.
- A strong TLS standard encryption is used to protect all files and documents sent from Google Drive.
- The encryption keys used to encrypt data are also encrypted.
- A process of un-encryption and re-encryption is performed once data has reached Google Drive.
