We provide high-quality financial leadership and support to schools and trusts. Are you finding it difficult to recruit a Chief Financial Officer with the appropriate range of skills and an understanding of schools? Has your CFO left and do you need interim support to ensure that the trust remains financially compliant?

We can offer a range of support from high-level strategic guidance that ensures your trust remains compliant with the Academy Trust Handbook through to full financial support for day-to-day operations in your school or trust.

We understand that finding good-quality staff can be a challenge, so we flex our service to ensure that we offer support that suits the individual school or trust's needs at any particular point in its development.

We are highly experienced with schools in crisis positions, where key staff have left suddenly and the school or trust needs stabilising while effective systems are re-established. Our usual aim is to ensure that the organisation is financially stable so a permanent solution can be put in place.

We will work with newly appointed staff, training, supporting and advising until they are fully ready to operate independently. Often, however, trusts decide to retain our services as part of that permanent solution.
